Magnum Companies is monitoring the COVID-19 health crisis closely. As a result of federal guidelines from the CDC regarding “Social Distancing” and to protect the employees of Magnum LTL and our customers from potential exposure to the coronavirus, effective until the CDC changes its “Social Distancing” guidelines, in lieu of signed delivery receipts by a customer, Magnum LTL drivers will be logging the date and time of the delivery, the place of delivery, the name of the individual (if available) who received the shipment. Such notation by a Magnum LTL driver will serve as a clear delivery with no further liability to the carrier.
