Shannon DeWitt

When she’s not enjoying the outdoors, Customer Service Manager Shannon DeWitt builds strong relationships with Magnum customers!

Tell me a bit about yourself, Shannon!

I was born in Arizona, raised in Florida, and I now reside in Kearney, Nebraska! I have been married for almost six years to my husband, Adam, who is a Marine Corps Veteran. We have two dogs, Bandit and Barnaby, and a cat named Cleo.

I am an outdoor enthusiast and LOVE the water – especially the ocean! I enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, hiking, and traveling to explore new places.

What is your current job title?

I am the Customer Service Manager for the Southwest Region, working out of our Kearney office!

On the day-to-day, the customer service team manages a large amount of phone calls and emails. We resolve product or service problems by working with all terminals across the Magnum footprint, as well as other carriers across the nation. It can be a fulfilling job creating sustainable relationships and building trust with our customers!

How long have you worked at Magnum?

I’ve worked at Magnum for a year and a half!

What is your favorite part about working at Magnum?

My favorite part of Magnum is that it’s a family-owned and growing company with plenty of opportunities for growth! We have a great team; I love getting to meet and work with new people across the country daily.

What advice would you give to someone just starting out at Magnum?

Ask a lot of questions!

There is a lot to learn, so don’t hesitate to ask questions. The Magnum team is very helpful across the board – I know I can ask anyone for help, and they are more than happy to help! I cannot reiterate enough how great of a team we have!

What’s something that might surprise me to know about you?

I have a goal to visit every U.S. National Park. So far, I’m almost halfway there!
