Tell me a bit about yourself, Troy!

I grew up in Pine River, Minnesota with my parents, Troy Sr. and Leeann, and my sister Carlee. In my downtime I enjoy golfing, watching sports (skol Vikes!), and cooking. I have been living in Fargo for five years and I have a fiancée named Alexis. 

What is your current job title?

I am a Driver Manager in Magnum’s LTD Division. I help LTD Drivers with their day-to-day activities to ensure successful pickups and deliveries. 

How long have you been with Magnum?

I have been with Magnum for almost 7 months now.

What is your favorite part about your job?

Every day is something new. I appreciate having new challenges instead of doing the same thing day after day. Magnum has allowed me to open my horizons and constantly learn new things! 

What is some advice you have for someone just starting out at Magnum?

Do not be afraid to make mistakes. A mistake is an opportunity to grow and learn from people who have the experience to help. 

What is an interesting fact about you?

I have had the opportunity to play some of the best golf courses in the world including, The Old Course at St. Andrews, Kingsbarns Golf Links and Hazeltine National Golf Club. The next course on my bucket list is Pinehurst No. 2.
